Locally Sourced Lamb

All our lambs are grass fed and are sourced from local farms in and around Oxfordshire, all of which meet higher welfare standards, which in turn, meets my highest standards.

We buy in whole lambs, so they can be hung for 7 to 10 days to mature. This gives the meat a fantastic texture and a delicious flavour.
